We at Ghumar Trend follow a very customer-friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or issues. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage everyone to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Feel free to ask as many questions as you wish before confirming your order, including fabric type, design, measurements, or anything that helps you make your decision. We would love to respond and assist you with ordering. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Products can only be exchanged as per the conditions mentioned below.
WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED

Color Difference: Exchanges are not accepted due to color differences. A 10-15% color variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.

Material or Color Preference: Exchanges are not accepted if the customer dislikes the material or color of the ordered product. We use the best quality material available, and all product details are mentioned in the product description. We suggest you thoroughly read all details before placing your order.

Change of Mind: Exchanges are not accepted for any other reasons leading to a sudden change of mind after placing the order.
EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES

Please refer to the size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. If you are unsure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

If you still face issues with the size after receiving your product, please send whats app message this no.+91 6350 268 236 with your order number and details of the issue within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Kindly note, we cannot assure an exchange as it depends on the availability of your size in your selected design at that time. Additionally, an INR 300 fee per item will be charged to cover logistics expenses for reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order.

No size exchanges will be facilitated for items on sale.
EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS

It’s extremely unlikely to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, as our QC team carefully checks all outfits before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange.

Once your request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Upon approval, we will arrange for reverse pick-up and dispatch a replacement of the same product within 3-5 days after receiving your return. If the product is unavailable, we will provide you with store credit for the same amount, valid for 30 days.
